Role Overview
Lifestyle Support Worker Bowen positions are about empowering individuals to reach their full potential. You’ll work one-on-one in homes and communities to help consumers make positive choices and engage fully in life. In addition, you’ll:
- Assist with clean and organise activities, preparing healthy meals, or maintaining outdoor areas.
- Provide transport to appointments, gym sessions, social events, shopping trips, and more.
- Encourage consumers to explore options, build skills, and grow in confidence.
As a Lifestyle Support Worker Bowen, you’ll also complete documentation and progress notes accurately, using computer literacy daily.
What You’ll Do

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current P1 “C” class QLD driver’s licence.
- Own registered, roadworthy, fully‑insured vehicle.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
- Blue Card for working with children (or ability to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Completed NDIS Orientation Module: Quality, Safety & You.
