Role Overview

Lifestyle Support Worker Bowen positions are about empowering individuals to reach their full potential. You’ll work one-on-one in homes and communities to help consumers make positive choices and engage fully in life. In addition, you’ll:

Assist with clean and organise activities, preparing healthy meals, or maintaining outdoor areas.
Provide transport to appointments, gym sessions, social events, shopping trips, and more.
Encourage consumers to explore options, build skills, and grow in confidence.

As a Lifestyle Support Worker Bowen, you’ll also complete documentation and progress notes accurately, using computer literacy daily.

What You’ll Do

Support daily living activities to promote independence.
Facilitate community engagement initiatives and outings.
Offer safe, respectful transport solutions.
Maintain records in compliance with policy.

Qualifications & Requirements

Current P1 “C” class QLD driver’s licence.
Own registered, roadworthy, fully‑insured vehicle.
First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
Blue Card for working with children (or ability to obtain).
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
Completed NDIS Orientation Module: Quality, Safety & You.
