About the Role

As the Rope Access – Façade Care & Remedial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the company’s rope access operations. Your responsibilities will include leading a dedicated team in the delivery of façade care services, ensuring high standards of safety, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role requires you to drive business development, lead safety initiatives, and mentor team members while contributing to the strategic growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of rope access technicians, ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage rope access projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided, implementing improvements as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Certification: IRATA Level 3 (or equivalent) certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in rope access operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Expertise: Proven experience in façade maintenance and care services.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of access systems and maintenance equipment.
• Business Acumen: Experience in business development or client management.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
